In 1QFY2024, portfolio’s average occupancy rate was at 85.5% and customer's renewal rate had performed at 85.0% of the expired contracts. Moreover, our tenant’s profiles have become more diverse in term of their industries, such as automotive, logistics, electronics, retail, and e-commerce industries.
