As of 30 September 2025, FTREIT has managed well THB 52,686.4 million property portfolio and is the biggest industrial and logistics REITs in Thailand. In FY2025, portfolio’s average occupancy rate was at 90.6% and customer's renewal rate had performed at 86% of the expired contracts. Moreover, our tenant’s profiles have become more diverse in term of their industries, such as automotive, logistics, electronics, retail, and e-commerce industries.
