In 2QFY2026, portfolio’s average occupancy rate was at 92.5% and customer's renewal rate had performed at 85.1% of the expired contracts. Moreover, our tenant’s profiles have become more diverse in term of their industries, such as automotive, logistics, electronics, retail, and e-commerce industries.
