Frasers Property Thailand Industrial Freehold & Leasehold REIT or 'FTREIT', the largest industrial REIT in Thailand, issued the debentures No. 1/2019 amounting to THB 1 billion, divided into two series of four-year and seven-year debentures with United Overseas Bank (UOB) as the underwriter.

Mr. Peerapat Srisukont, Managing Director of Frasers Property Industrial REIT Management (Thailand) Company Limited or 'FIRM', the REIT manager of FTREIT, revealed, 'The company has issued the debentures at amount of THB 1 billion which obtained the approval from FTREIT unitholders at the 2019 annual general meeting on 28 January 2019. The high success of issuance with more subscription intention than the amount being offered reflects investors' confidence in FTREIT's operations and growth potential resulting from the trust's stable rental income, a large portfolio of industrial properties for rent with geographical diversification, and a diversified base of tenants.'

This issuance has 2 series, Series 1: a debenture in the amount of THB 500 million with a maturity of 4-year and fixed coupon rate of 2.63% p.a., redemption in 2023; and Series 2: a debenture in the amount of THB 500 million with a maturity of 7-year and fixed coupon rate of 3.14% p.a., redemption in 2026.
