Mr. Virapan Pulges (Center), Managing Director of TICON Industrial Connection Plc. announced a partnership for TICON Real Estate Investment Trust or TREIT after filing a registration statement and a draft prospectus to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The newly REIT settlement will invest in Warehouses and Factories of TICON Group with worth approximately 4-5 billion Baht under management of Mr. Amorn Chulalaksananukul (Left), Managing Director of TICON Management Co., Ltd. (TMAN) as the REIT Manager as along with BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd. as the Trustee represented by Mr. Wasin Wattanaworakijkul (Right), Managing Director – Mutual Fund Business Group of BBLAM. Expect to offer TREIT for sale to the public within quarter 4 of 2014.
