Mr. Amorn Chulaluksananukul, Managing Director of TICON Management Co., Ltd. (TMAN) as the REIT manager of the TICON Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (TREIT), revealed that the Board of Directors’ Meeting approved for dividend payment of Baht 0.2175 per unit trust, for the operating results of TREIT’s between 12 December 2014 – 31 March 2015. The date for determination of unitholders entitles to receive the dividend to be on 29 May 2015 and the date of closing the unit trust register book to be on 2 June 2015. Dividend payment will be made on 12 June 2015.

Mr. Amorn further said that the TREIT’s performance meets satisfactory since its investment in quality assets and gain a potential returns to unitholders. TREIT’s core revenue comes from rental of warehouses and factories of TICON Group covering 45 units, with 214,523 square meters of leasable space on 306 rai of land where all locates across the logistic strategic locations in 5 industrial estates and 6 industrial developments.

Regarding TREIT’s growth strategy, the company plans to invest additional assets in TPARK’s warehouses and TICON’s factoriesof 12 units covering 23,700 square meters of freehold and leasehold rental area worth approximately 470 million baht. These additional investment will result in more return to unitholders. The proposed investment would be within May-June period.
