• Violation of compliance with the principles and practice guidelines of good Corporate Governance Policy.
• Violation of compliance with Trust Deed.
• Not being treated fairly in business operation with FTREIT
• Acts that cause of suspicion and negative consequences on FTREIT
• Fraud
