Working Process

FTREIT shall consider to acquire/ do a lease contract for factory and warehouse. The process or due diligence are noted as below

1. Submit property information

Package of documents should be including of;

  • Lease and service agreement
  • Title deed
  • Detail of land plot
  • Plan of building and land scape
  • Construction permit and building certificate
2. Due Diligence

REIT Manager shall verify documents and contact to seller

3. Site visit

Seller shall bring REIT Manager to do a site visit for checking property based on professional practice and regulation

4. Appraisal

REIT Manager will appoint appraisers to do a property valuation

5. Conclusion

If property is passed due diligence by REIT Manager, REIT Manager will contact to discuss about pricing with seller
